It took us a few weeks before we tried that again.
Only the fact they are always around us, even if we deep down knew that already. It somehow is different when you get the proof.
We discussed this at home. Would it be at whatever place we choose? Are there everywhere spirits?
We thought of a place near to here. It is a small village with a beautiful church, some fields around it. It is very peaceful and being there makes you feel like you are cut of from the busy world around. Travelling there would be easy, sun was shining, why not?
We went for the second time communication with spirits.
Again, not home but further away from our house.
Sunny but fresh whether brings people out but not so much here. The town was almost empty. People were at work, kids at school, it was nice, quiet.
we walked around a bit. The church is small and the small graveyard in the back felt very peaceful. No spirits wondering around who are restless and not done with whatever keeps them busy. We will talk about that later too; spirits not being done on earth because something is stuck, or they are stuck with something. Unfinished business we call that.
We sat down at a bench that was with the back against the little church.
My wife immediately put her hand on the building.
“Peace.”
She clearly relaxed.
“This place is so quiet. It seems like everybody who was ever buried here, is at peace and left.”
Well, that was good news. But was there anybody left who would want to communicate?
The first thing that came through was a name from a man.
It was a name we saw on one of the stones in the graveyard. So, not everybody left.
After that two woman came through. They were all ok.
We chatted a bit and they wanted to know our names.
It went quiet for a while, and we thought they left.
Maybe bored by us or the conversation.
Suddenly there were these words:” Join us.”
Excuse me? Come one. We are not old enough, clearly not done with living, so no we will not.
Later we learned that those words were not for us. Spirits are everywhere and roaming around. Some of them are together and if a free roamer comes along, they will ask him or her to join the group.
I do not know why or how that works. We will learn that when it is our time to cross.
And then the word ‘ancient’ came through.
How old is ancient? A hundred years? More? Could it even go up to be a thousand years?
Is that possible?
Spirits being on earth for a thousand years, which is a long time! I do not know if I would want that.
With the word ancient it also became quiet.
“Hello? Anybody still here?”
‘Necromancing.’
The word itself gave us shivers. Something ancient and that something has been brought back from the dead. What the… Is that even possible? We are learning here, and we are freaking out.
My wife felt different as well. She looked at me. This place was not so peaceful as it looks.
We better move out of here.
We said a proper but fast goodbye and went home.
Clearly not alone.
Halfway my wife felt her stomach turn around, her head felt weird.
I grabbed her hands and started to pray and asked the one who was following us to stay where it has always had and not follow us home. Find its own way and peace but not with us.
That helped.
The feeling was slowly going away, and the presence was gone. My wife felt a lot better when we were back home again.

We did not forget it, no. Just came across something unexpected.
And there was another question rising of course.
How long can spirits roam the world?
We do not know. But long, yes. Will tell you more about that in a blog where I will tell you more about helping spirits cross.
